The best martinis in Summit County, Colorado can be found at the Blue Ridge Bistro on Main Street in Breckenridge. With 75 martini flavors, and a romantic French bistro atmosphere, the Blue Ridge is an excellent place to bring a date. The food is also delicious! If you like fresh tuna check out the sesame ahi. It is encrusted with sesame seeds and served with a grilled pineapple and balsamic sauce.

Plan a romantic Summit County date at the Hearthstone Restaurant, located in a Victorian home on Ridge Street in Breckenridge. This richly-decorated restaurant was voted Overall Winner in the Summit Foundation’s Taste of Breckenridge competition. Their extensive wine selection received the Wine Spectator Award for Excellence. The menu at the Hearthstone Restaurant presents a perfect blend of creativity and comfort.
Although Alpenglow Stube is in Keystone, not Breckenridge, it’s a great place to literally “get high on romance.” Located at 11,444 feet on North peak in Keystone Colorado, the Alpenglow is the highest restaurant in North America. The Zagat Guide described Alpenglow Stube as having “fabulous old-world food and service and the best setting in the state.” Your romantic date begins with two gondola rides that pass over the brightly lit slopes of Dercum Mountain. If it’s cold, the gondola rides offer you the perfect excuse to snuggle up. As you enter the restaurant, you feel the warmth of the fireplace. Sit down, relax and enjoy a wood-grilled or roasted specialty.
